Business ModelOur business is to generate solar power and sell it to the Israeli Electric Corporation against a guaranteed, 20 year, power purchase agreement, based on Israel's governmental PV incentive program.
ActivitiesTo achieve our goals, we engage in the following activities:
- Land Development: Every project starts with land development. We identify appropriate land, secure relationship with land owner and take care of all required zoning process and ILA approvals.
- Project Management: We provide A to Z project management services and tie together all the relevant partners in the project (land owner, EPC, bank, equity investors and government authorities).
- Finance: We fund the equity needs of the project and secure debt finance from project finance partners.
- Operation & Maintenance: Once a project is up and running we take care of all the ongoing needs of the facility, including 24/7 monitoring, technical maintenance, security and cleaning services.
