SolSpear is led by a world-class team with proven track record in building and managing successful ventures, and a strong combination of multidisciplinary capabilities in business development, finance, law, technology and operations: Avishai Eliash, Managing DirectorBefore founding SolSpear, Mr. Eliash served VP of Business Development with Gteko, managing more than $15M of partner relationships. Before joining Gteko, Mr. Eliash served as a VP with AIG Orion VC and an Associate with the law firms of Cravath, Swaine & Moore (New York) and Gross, Hodak & Co. (Tel Aviv). Mr. Eliash holds a LL.B. degree from Bar-Ilan University, LL.M. degree from New-York University and a MBA from Tel-Aviv University.
Arnon Catalan, Director
Before founding SolSpear, Mr. Catalan served as the COO of Gteko, a leading provider of support automation software. Gteko was acquired by Microsoft in 2006, with over $15M in revenues and 150 employees. Following the acquisition, Mr. Catalan served as a Senior Director with Microsoft. Before joining Gteko, Mr. Catalan served as a VP with AIG Orion VC, an Investment Manager with Morgan Stanley (London) and Associate attorney with Hamburger Evron & Co. Mr. Catalan holds a LL.B. degree from Tel-Aviv University and a MBA from Insead (Fontainebleau, France). |
