We finance our projects by a blend of self sources and external investors. We offer investors robust returns based on two main models – debt or equity. The debt model offers investors a privately held debt instrument with a fixed high yield coupon and second priority collateral over the project assets (after the bank). The equity mode allows for a higher risk / reward potential and offers investors to invest directly into the project equity and enjoy high levered returns. |
